Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage daily office operations, support team communications, and maintain organized records. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the team
• Handle document organization, data entry, and record-keeping
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items
• Assist with internal communications and remote team coordination
• Support general office administration, including invoicing and procurement
• Monitor and improve operational processes for better efficiency
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or coordination role
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Collaboration: Adept at working remotely and coordinating with various departments
• Languages: English recommended; Arabic or Assyrian/Syriac is a plus
